The upstairs open plan kitchen dining and living area accessed via outside stairs - this area is air-conditioned and has wonderful panoramic windows with views. The upstairs balcony and BBQ area lead from the kitchen and are perfect for entertaining or relaxing and watching the wildlife mingle amongst the bush setting. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher.

The three spacious bedrooms, one bathroom and toilet are downstairs and stay cool and airy. The downstairs doors open out to extensive native landscaping. Downstair has a portable heater.

There is a fire pit area which in Winter is perfect for the family to enjoy telling stories around the campfire.

This accommodation is pet friendly, with a fenced pet enclosure.

Fish cleaning facilities are available and there is plenty of room for boats and extra cars.
