There are three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over the two levels. The master is located on the top storey and has a walk-in robe, ensuite, private living area and best of all, a spacious balcony with outstanding views and breathtaking sunsets. This area is the perfect parents' retreat - or space to escape and relax.

The modern kitchen is on the first floor, and overlooks the large open plan lounge and dining which flows seamlessly through to the main balcony. This area provides the entertainer with an abundance of room to entertain or just enjoy a good book and cup of coffee as you watch the world go by. The other two bedroom are on this level - one with ensuite.

Guests have use of the garage, which is a generous size. There are three kayaks guests are welcome to use (please provide own PFD's).
