Waterview Cottage

Waterview Cottage has wonderful views from both levels, but the views from the upper level living area and balcony are outstanding. This western facing property looks all the way down the channel to the boat ramp and beyond. Always plenty to see, including wonderful sunsets.

The location is fantastic - walking distance to 1802 Oyster Bar, the Oyster Walk is just across the road. Oyster HQ and Beachcomber Cafe are just a 5 minute walk away - and the Yacht Club, town jetty and IGA Supermarket a few minutes further.

Waterview is a 3 bedroom, 2 story holiday home that has all you need for a relaxing stay at Coffin Bay. The downstairs living area includes a galley kitchen with walk-in pantry, breakfast bar for 3, dining table for 6 and comfortable lounge with television. There is also a washroom with toilet, laundry with washing machine and second freezer, and one bedroom with a duo bunk.

A high chair and portacot are also provided.

The upstairs level has another sitting area and a great deck - both with great views. There are two more bedrooms (with queen beds) and a bathroom.

Two split system air-conditioners are located in the stairwell to heats and cool both levels of the property. Each bedroom also has a stand up fan.

Waterview Cottage has an undercover barbecue area at the rear of the property.

Easy boat parking, fish cleaning and second bait freezer make this a perfect property for fishing guests.
