Walk up the stairs and you will immediately feel on holiday. A large open plan living area with an extended deck provides ample space for entertaining and relaxing. There is reverse cycle air conditioner, a TV, DVD and holiday DVDs - and of course beautiful water views. The three upstairs bedrooms are spacious and private.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs. It has a bathroom and toilet and is ideal for the teenagers, the snorers or guests who want even more privacy.
