This east facing property is situated in a great location, close to the boat ramp and the centre of town. You will love The Duck.

The kitchen/dining/living area with reverse cycle air conditioning is upstairs, making the most of the views and sea glimpses across the bay. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a large 10 seater dining table. The lounge has plenty of seating and a large flat screen television.

This property has oodles of books, CDs and Videos, so it is a great place to enjoy even on a bad weather day. But on a good weather day, guests will find it hard to leave the deck with barbecue.

The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, and the luxury of an ensuite spa. There is also a separate bathroom.

Downstairs has two queen bedrooms (each with built in robes and a stand up fan) and a bathroom with separate toilet, powder room and shower.

The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and an additional fridge and freezer - perfect for that extra food - or even better, storing the bait.

Black Duck also has a lovely secluded back yard with umbrella, outdoor table and chairs.

You may like to use the bikes and helmets (at your own risk) and fishing rods in the shed.
